We did our awesome clean-up at Soquel Creek.
Looking into the murky water for small scraps of trash.
There were many pieces of paper in the trees because 0f the rain.
Through the deep, dark and damp underbrush in search of the
fabled garbage.
Yay! My sister Coco found an old plastic bag.
Ewwww! Something old and damp and probably gross.
Reach for the garbage!

After we did "Clean up your Creek" we biked around my
sister's school track.
Another great job!
ReplyDeleteWhen the rain swells up the creak and raises the water level, it really catches a lot of trash.
I wonder how much makes it down stream all the way to the ocean.
Sad to think about it like that, but glad you guys were able to collect so much before it made it to the sea.
